Create a component (pancake/menu or dropdown) that contains a list of useful links

Possible pancake menu to have [Training modules (https://gitlab.com/90cos/public/training/lessons), Practice exams, Practice environment, MTTL repo, wikis, FAQ. (URLs could be dynamically generated)
