Change the table select dropdown to a div list

Description of development task:

The table select is not intuitive in the MTTL frontend. A quick solution will be to convert the dropdown to a list in a div container. Each item will be selectable and focused when the table is selected.

Acceptance Criteria:

• convert table select dropdown to a div list
• when a table is selected the table's row should be highlighted, indicating the table is in focus
