This ticket is to integrate the giving of surveys into the process of requesting training (so we reliably give surveys for each course).

• Training requests for commercial training

Given I have requested a training course in Jira,
When I complete my training,
Then I should receive a survey to assess whether the training was effective at accomplishing it's intended training objectives (e.g. KSAT)
