Approve Workrole Owners Concept Memo

What problem(s) will it solve?

The idea of workrole owners has not yet been briefed and or approved. Prior to being able to role out this change in how requirements are managed we need to get leadership to formally identify and task the individuals with this job.

Who is the intended user(s)?

Workrole Owners: Once this is done they will have official duties assigned to them so they know they should be doing this.

Lay out the expected user experience

• The CC or some other authority signs a memo to designate these lead positions.
• These lead positions now have the designation and confidence to perform their duties.

Proposal

• Check viability of the concept with government seniors & @chaff
• Call for volunteers (figure out who would be the stuckees :))
• Draft memo w proposed names
• Present and bried to CC/Leadership
• Leadership signs
• Profit!
