Template Working Agreement

What problem(s) will it solve?

Right now there is no template working agreement to help shape and guide the establishment of a mentor/mentee relationships. Agile teams use "working Agreements" to capture this so would like to do this as well with mentors/mentees. We'd like to come up with a "template" to kickstart the discussion and establish this document.

Who is the intended user(s)?

Mentors and Mentees: Use this to define and outline their expectations, relationship and other items typical in a working agreement.

Lay out the expected user experience

• Prior to meeting Mentors and Mentees should review this file and come up with proposed changes.
• During the initial meeting between the mentor and mentee they will review and update this "template" working agreement to fit their particular style and desires.
• they agree and upload the agreed to version to individualized training project repos.

Proposal

Draft up a default or starting point working agreement.
