Does not check for missing parents

Expected Behavior:

The pipeline should detect when a KSAT is mapped to a non-existent parent KSAT.

Current Behavior:

Non-existent parents are current left as artifacts in parent fields.

Possible Solution:

Create job at end of pipeline to check that all KSATs identified as parents exist

Steps to Reproduce:

• Step 1 - Look at the parents of K0187
• Step 2 - Search for K0186

AC:

• Find KSATs with parents that don't exist
• Write an easy to read log
• Add this job as a validation to the pipeline
