Jira Query Language (JQL) Knowledge and Skills KSATs for Sysadmins:2

@caroline.fowler I'd like you (Inclusive of your company as a team e.g. Justin, Neil, etc) to help @Racer159 identify (ongoing task) Atlassian KSATs which will be needed by various users. I've given this a college try at identifying some KSATs but this will be an ongoing iterative process to nail down which persons and roles with the CMN structure need what. This ticket was spawned as a result from identifying the need for dashboard and JQL query training for the CMN, IA, and other teams.

Why does the requirement(s) need to be added?:

Adding a new Item to the Job

KSAT Description(s):

New Task (or ability): Use Jira Quey Language (JQL) to search, organize, and display information within Atlassian applications.

See here for more information about why we pick these words: https://www.celt.iastate.edu/teaching/effective-teaching-practices/revised-blooms-taxonomy/]

Workrole alignment

Sysadmin

  • @Racer159 We should also think about which NCWF workroles your positions map to... You'll want to work with Mr. Westbrook to align the PD's with your final thoughts (all positions must have the OPM codes aligned to these positions identified.) Some ideas:

Related Requirements/Documentation

Is this requirement driven by an external document such as an AFI, Law, etc If so, please list it/them. e.g. 17-202v2 says all SEE's must be trained on objectivity.
