I'm a program owner and need people trained on something

KSAT Description(s):

After training, the student should have an understanding of things to consider in order to ensure smooth Day 2 operations for new applications and services. This includes things like ensuring that the services are smoothly onboarded to the service/help desk, that regular backups are taking place, that patching/updates are run regularly and in a defined way.

Examples "Describe the steps that should be taken when a new service is introduced to reduce the potential for downtime"
