IDF KSAT document: 3

Description of development task:

In order to support the civilian developmental training plan we need to be able to identify which KSAT's are being taught in IDF vs the other training programs.

Customer for this Feature is @stwestbrook.

Acceptance Criteria:

• AC 1 - All KSAT's satisfied by IDF are known
• AC 2 - Generate a weblink that can be put into documentation (persistant address)
