Rel-Links must change to meet new Roadmap.json WR names

Description of development task:

This weekend @gbear14275 and I converted WORK-ROLES and SPECIALIZATIONS.json to Roadmap.json but all of the rel-link files need to be updated to reflect the new WR names.

Acceptance Criteria:

• change the work-roles field in the rel-link files to reflect the wr specified in the roadmap.json
• fix any scripts that might have issues
