Labs and Exercises captured as "abilities"

@DarkJubei @chaff, It appears in our import and capture of many of the CDD elements we've captured a number of labs and activities as "abilities".

I'd like to remove these items from the MTTL (or find a better way to capture them). I believe they would make extremely good training and/or evals but are not really appropriate as KSATs.
