Metrics Idea: KSAT Update Velocity (display change/ report)

Scenario: I want to be able to see the update velocity of KSATs

Given the entire MTTL,

When I report our elements status

Then I want to be able to show the velocity that the MTTL changes

And I want to be able to show number of KSATs updated

And I want to be able to show number of new/removed KSATs

And I want to be able to show number of changes per month
