Ensure Lesson/Performance Objectives and MTTL Mapping for Pseudocode - 5

Description of development task:

The IDF rel-link.json file needs to be revised for Pseudocode to ensure lesson/performance objectives and references are provided and linked through MTTL.

Additionally, ensure Bloom's Taxonomy is used for objective construction.

Acceptance Criteria:

• All lessons in Pseudocode have lesson and performance objectives
• All objectives are connected to the KSATs
• Objectives reference existing content
• References/content linked through MTTL as appropriate
• Must pass all pipeline checks
