Lesson Objectives are missing for Algorithms & Data Structures in Python - 5

In ensuring that part_1s and objectives.mds exist for all contents - it was discovered that LOs and POs do not exist for the algorithm & data structures topics in Python. Cf. issue 319 and issue 96
