Migrate scripts to use MongoDB
We have decided to use a disposable mongodb container in the pipelines to interface with our data instead of creating our own python scripts for data manipulation.
- modify scripts that interact with the data to use mongodb instead

create job for the external repos to find all sublesson KSATs - modify documentation for pipeline jobs / modify external repo job documentation
- pipelines must pass
