Determine "Expected Completion Times" for each workrole or certification by summary of KSAT ECTs
UPDATE: Now that we are moving to the Personal Training Projects #171 (closed) we should be able to determine expected workrole training times based upon the sum of each individual KSAT ECT. Using '/Estimate and '/spend we can continue to hone the accuracy of this data over time.
Classes and OJT items should have an "Expected Completion Time (ETC)" mapped to them as individual items. Once these are determined we can sum these times to get a total hours for the umbrella course or workrole.
DoD:
- Workrole "expected completion times" are defined somewhere
- This ECT should change as KSAT's are modified (Add, Change, Remove)
- We should also integrate measurements of lecture, lab, and other types of hours to the Training Survey issue linked below.
