When generating the data.json for Node creation, collect training info/sign-up URLs

In the link in the training table

• When appropriate, link that takes the user to a place where they can get more info about the training
• When appropriate, link to a site that allows them to sign-up for that training.

Ideas: If the repository had a Wiki built with information about the lesson/course as well as a link to signing up for training then we could use the WIKI url for each training item.
