"Canary" test of our plumbing

In order to ensure that our data is not being accidentally modified in our pipeline I'd like to setup tests that should output known data everytime.

For example. Have KSAT's that say K9999 This is a test knowledge item, it should be mapped to lesson1 and test1 and nothing else.

Then we can detect if anything has changed on accident. This is to detect inintended changes (aka Like a canary searching for poison gas unknown to miners)

Acceptance Criteria

• Add the KSAs to the appropriate .json files
• pipeline must pass all validation checks
