Main page table select method

I'm concerned that the requirement to hover and select the workrole/spec is awkward and/or unintuitive so was brainstorming on options.

make a headerbar with all the workroles listed horizontally THe button is not necessarily intuitive for picking our workroles... might need to look at different presentation option.

Thinking something like...

All KSAT - Basic Dev - Senior Windows - Senior Linux (indicating Senior Windows is currently focused)
