Add userful links to webpage

I'd like to add links to items people would be looking for. We commonly hand out the MTTL page as a link but it does not easily take folks to other locations and information we'd like them to find. I'd like to add links which might be present on a landing page to the MTTL.

• MTTL Repo : Want a link from the front-end to the Repo (Could be the Banner)

  • Banner is in place that links to the source code.
  • Looks clean but its not obvious. Very few people will actually want to view the source code.

• MTTL Template Repo : Would be nice to have a link to a templated repo.

  • If any forks are done, they should be off of this repo or a repo that is using the current framework(this one should not be the recommended fork) (see pancake menu idea below)

• Training Lessons group folder : Want a link to the folder and/or locations where to find the training lessons

• Practice Tests :

• Wiki/Documentation : Want people to know where the documentation is... or is this

  • Possible pancake menu to have [Training modules (https://gitlab.com/90cos/public/training/lessons), Practice exams, Practice environment, MTTL repo, wikis, FAQ. (URLs could be dynamically generated)
