Training Surveys for KSAT - prior knowlege

Related to https://gitlab.com/90cos/mttl/-/issues/47. Need a survey question to ask about prior knowledge/experience in the topic.

1. I knew (experience) the subject well prior to this lesson.
2. I had some knowledge of this subject prior to this lesson.
3. I had very little or no knowledge of this subject prior to this lesson.

We may be able to gin up some other "levels" of knowledge.
