List/document Feedback Mechanisms

I'd like to write down our feedback mechanisms so we all understand what each of them do. For example

  1. Immediate Post training survey: Help us measure if the advertised mapped meets Actual
  2. Delayed post event survey - Trainee: Helps us measure if the trainee was able to use the training to do better at the job
  3. Delayed post even survey - Supervisor: gives us the supervisors perspective if they believed it helped their people/flight/function improve.
  4. New arrival survey - supervisor: Did your new employee have the talent, skills, etc. necessary to do the job (for new employees who were previously trained).
  5. New Employee survey - Employee: Did training prepare you for your job? Did you get the right IQT?
