Workrole Difference training

Over time the requirements of a workrole will change. Difference training is meant to identify the "differences" over a set period of time (e.g. a year) so we can train already certified personnel on what's changed over that time period.

For example: WR1 in 2019: KSAT1, KSAT2, KSAT3, KSAT4, KSAT5, KSAT6 WR1 in 2020: KSAT1, KSAT3, KSAT4, KSAT5, KSAT7, KSAT8

Difference training should identify that KSAT2 & KSAT6, KSAT7 & KSAT8 are new.

Difference trainig for 2020 should therefore be KSAT 7 & 8.
