Specify where MTTL Link goes

Currently links on the MTTL point to the location of the rel-link files. I'd like to be able to specify where the link on the MTTL goes to instead of it always taking you to the repo location.

For example, the link to ghidra.re could be specified go to the website (https://ghidra.re) instead of the repo location of the rel-link file.

• Display Name: [what is displayed on the site]
• Display Link: [where you're taken if you click on it]
