Spike: Write documentation on advising the user on how to correctly configure their cluster to be able to run tests and receive artifacts

Capture documentation from Gluon and other associated packages and fill in instructions on how to have a user configure their cluster in such a way that they can correctly run the cypress tests.

The main concerns are kyverno exceptions and receiving the testing artifacts.
