Site enhancements and fixes

Currently the site is setup to sync to here: https://code.il2.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/docs-bb/bb-docs

And there is a padawan pipeline that puts it up here: https://docs-bigbang.dso.mil/

• Which as you can see the index.html need the redirect fixed.

• some packages don't work properly see authservice -> contributing or more info takes you to affinity but should be just docs. there are numerous errors on this page. click through the packages.
• Also search doesn't work
• fix mermaidjs import / loading
