UI: Add Download Report Functionality

Description

Add ability to generate and download comprehensive PDF reports of my current security compliance state to share with stakeholders and for audit purposes. Requirements

Create a PDF report generator that captures all dashboard metrics Include executive summary with key compliance numbers Format compliance scores, policy violations, and compliance checks in tables Include service status information Capture and include vulnerability trend charts Provide a clear download button with loading state Ensure proper error handling

Acceptance Criteria

• Users can click a "Download PDF Report" button to generate a PDF
• The PDF includes all dashboard data in a professional format
• The report includes an executive summary with key metrics
• The PDF contains properly formatted tables for all compliance data
• Charts from the dashboard are captured and included in the report
• Loading indicator is displayed during PDF generation
• PDF is automatically downloaded when generation is complete
• Appropriate error handling is implemented
