Thinking through the process of creating a wrapper chart. We should create a development branch https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/apps/sandbox/fluentd/-/tree/480-epic-fluentd that gets added to until epic 480 is completed at which point it is merged with main and a breaking release tag is created.
