Do not allow users to edit viewOwnerId in Update Team Views

We need to change the update schema so that it does not allow the user to update the viewOwnerId. This is a bug/vulnerability since it is a hidden field (i.e. the front-end form does not allow for this feature). But low risk on v2 release since it will be feature flagged.
