Mimir is Failing Smoke Test Helm Install

Mimir is failing the helm install error see pipeline error--> https://repo1.dso.mil/big-bang/bigbang/-/jobs/40087973#L495. Could be an easy fix/mistake but this story is for someone to investigate and create a fix.
