Set Up Grafana Dashboards with Mimir as a Data Source

As a developer, I want to configure Grafana to use Mimir as a data source so that I can visualize and analyze metrics efficiently across the observability stack.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Mimir is added as a data source in Grafana with appropriate authentication and access controls
• Connection to Mimir is successfully validated within Grafana
• Netpol, Peerauth, Authpols (if any requiring configuration) are set up to enable the above
