Chart.yaml uses the old location for the Gluon chart

Chart.yaml uses the old location for the Gluon chart, which I believe is causing an error when I try to build a Zarf package that uses this podinfo chart.

The ref to the chart in Chart.yaml needs to be updated from repository: "oci://registry.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/apps/library-charts/gluon" to repository: "oci://registry.dso.mil/big-bang/product/packages/gluon"
