Move images out of repo1 container registry

Container registry will be deleted in preparation for Big Bang group migration. Need to move all used images to IronBank the upstream quay.io registry.

I attempted to use the IronBank images, but due to running non-root, the virt-handler had issues writing to some directories. This will need to be addressed in the future.
