ArgoCD - Duplicate 'projects.yaml' causes conflict during Helm Reconciliation

Description

There are duplication 'projects.yaml' files in chart/templates/argocd-configs and chart/templates/argocd-server which causes the following error when specifying additionalProjects in your values:

✗ Helm upgrade failed: error while running post render on files: may not add resource with an already registered id: argoproj.io_v1alpha1_AppProject|argocd|admin
