Sonarqube passthrough for openshift value

The BigBang template for Sonarqube does not passthrough .Value.openshift to the Package. It needs passthrough to

This flag comes from upstream in this case and only affects creation of SecurityContextConstraints - https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/apps/developer-tools/sonarqube/-/blob/main/chart/templates/sonarqube-scc.yaml

We may want to double check this is desired/needed. Most charts where we pass down the openshift flag we do it to enable the 5353 DNS port but in this case that is not the functionality. Just a word of caution to enabling this without understanding the results...
