BB 1.35.0 is missing a Redis image dependency

Summary

The BB 1.35.0 release images.txt specifies registry1.dso.mil/ironbank/bitnami/redis:6.2.5 as a dependency, but the new authservice release requires registry1.dso.mil/ironbank/bitnami/redis:6.2.6. The images.txt for BB 1.35.0 should be updated to reflect this.
