Fix broken links

Certain parts of the documentation, like the k3d-dev.sh script have broken links, either from my previous MR, or bad URLs.

Some fixes are manually found, like the above, or found after running:

find . -name \*.md -print0 | xargs -0 -n1 markdown-link-check
