Broken Link in bb-docs site

Description

When navigating the bb-docs site, I encounter a broken link.

To reproduce:

• Go to https://docs-bigbang.dso.mil/1.43.0/#Navigating-our-documentation
• Click on "Key Big Bang Concept Overviews"
• Arrive at a broken link
  • The link that opens is https://docs-bigbang.dso.mil/sites/bb-docs/1.43.0/docs/understanding-bigbang/
  • The link that should open is https://docs-bigbang.dso.mil/1.43.0/docs/understanding-bigbang/

Somewhat oddly, the right link seems to show in the status bar but the link itself is broken.

BigBang Version

This is on version of 1.43.0 and 1.44.0 on the docs site - I didn't look at older versions.
