Document Big Bang's Style Guide

The objective here will be to provide a concise document with this information (formatted as a style guide). An example of a similar style guide is here from Helm - https://helm.sh/docs/chart_best_practices/conventions/ .

Note that we will want to provide a section for "exceptions" such as:

• When a product name is 2 words and additional words are <4 characters it can be considered part of the single name. Examples include: fluentbit (technically Fluent Bit) and argocd (technically Argo CD).
• (example, may not be a real exception) Monitoring is named monitoring because its a bundle of monitoring components that come from upstream
