Fluentbit capturing system logs and viewing them in Grafana

Older grafana documentation references these configuration options for promtail. See if we can emulate a similar configuration for fluent-bit to be able to also correctly forward system logs to loki and have them display in Grafana with Detected Fields of filename & either hostname/nodename (just so logs by independent node is filterable).
