Populate initial training directory inside bigbang project

Create a folder inside the bigbang repository called training, and initially populate it with a training.md file that will contain some brief overview information about the training to be contained within it. This will allow the bb-docs-compiler to copy the information into the proper place to generate the static docs website with minimal changes.
