Neuvector SSO Values not taking effect

Following their upstream guides https://open-docs.neuvector.com/deploying/production/configmap and ensuring that oidcinitcfg.yaml is populated with correct configuration, the UI within NeuVector doesn't seem to actually persist or intake that data.
