Docs bulleting/numbering off on docs site

Code block appear to mess up the sequential numbering on the docs site. Example: https://docs-bigbang.dso.mil/latest/docs/developer/develop-package/

I went ahead and fixed the provided example in !3104 (merged). Are you aware of any additional numbering/code block issues? I could go ahead and knock those out while I'm in there.

Not too sure, I just came across that one while browsing the docs. I can certainly report more if I come across them but it'll probably be whenever I end up reading a particular doc

Okay. I'm going through it all now and finding a ton of instances. I'll fix everything I find.
