Kiali and Monitoring Istio Hardening Prevents Kiali from fetching Grafana data

Kiali pulls metric and dashboard information directly from Grafana. When deploying Kiali & monitoring with istio.hardened.enabled=true Kiali shows a warning in the top right that it is unable to fetch data from our Grafana service endpoint.
