Enable driftDetection for Storage & Collaboration packages

Test the following packages and document all errors/issues

• minio
• minio operator
• velero
• vault
• mattermost
• mattermost operator

Add to bigbang/chart/templates/[package]/helmrelease.yaml under spec:

  driftDetection:
    mode: enabled
