Remove Keycloak drop all capabilities kyverno exception

Remove BB default exception for keycloak-0 pod in keycloak namespace, as it is not required if all capabilities are explicitly dropped on the plugin init container (or any other extraContainers or extraInitContainers.

This exception was also incomplete if more than one keycloak replica existed, since only the first was excepted.
