Big Bang (BB) Stand Up

Facilitator: Big Bang Scrum Knight or equivalent

Audience: Entire Big Bang Value Stream

Duration: 15-30 minutes

Purpose: This fast paced Value Stream Level meeting will be held every Monday via Zoom at 0930. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the progress that has been made thus far, what will be worked on for the week, and any blockers/impediments. Each Mission Team lead or equivalent will report updates on behalf of the Mission Team and highlight any impediments or blockers to progress. The Big Bang Scrum Knight or Equivalent will address these blockers/impediments outside of this meeting.
