Big Bang (BB) Stand Down / Demo Day

Facilitator: Big Bang Scrum Knight or Value Stream Lead

Audience: Entire Big Bang Value Stream

Duration: 15-30 minutes

Purpose: This Value Stream Level meeting will occur Friday afternoon. Each Mission Team Leader or Equivalent will give updates on behalf of the Mission Teams and discuss work that has been accomplished during the week. Demonstrations of the work that has been accomplished this week or from a previous sprint are encouraged and will occur after each Mission Team Lead gives progress updates.
