quickstart instructions are ambiguous

When installing bigbang onto a VM you control, rather than creating one in AWS, the bigbang quickstart is ambiguous regarding whether the quickstart should be executed on the SRE's workstation (the expectation) or on the server being provisioned (unsupported, probably works, not the intended use case).
