Remove Cluster Auditor from BB umbrella

Why

Remove Cluster Auditor from BB umbrella. We're not furthering the Gatekeeper integration with Big Bang. Users can still deploy cluster auditor and it will remain in maintenance as a bb package.

Proposed Solution

Remove Cluster Auditor from BB umbrella. Remove templates and remove it from the values.yaml file
